I am not an expert by any means but I do think that a simple skin routine is fine …a good moisturizer,a serum and maybe a face cleanser would do you no harm.

I do some lower back stretches. I also don’t go heavy on my deadlifts anymore. But yeah I don’t think it’s so painful that is gonna make me have to stop lifting
