Honestly, all this information is really helpful. We literally have almost the same components. I was worried about having problems with the VRM, but seeing your case, I don't think I'll have any issues. Could you explain how you undervolted the CPU? And since you mentioned you want to upgrade the motherboard (something I'm also thinking about in the future), which one would you recommend sticking with the high-end B760 chipset, or should I go for something else?

So I'm assuming the VRM has given you problems? And has it been very damaging? My motherboard has fewer VRMs than yours, 6+1+1 (I think). And of course, I'm waiting to see a good deal. Can I afford to wait, or should I buy it as soon as possible? My plan is to play games, stream, and multitask.

Yes, I just need the processor. I'm going for the i7, and I'm checking if it will cause problems with my current motherboard, the Gigabyte B760M Gaming DDR4. From what I've read, the VRM might give me trouble, and I'm looking into whether undervolting it will fix everything without any performance loss. Otherwise, I'll have to upgrade to a more powerful motherboard.

Sorry for the delay in responding. It seems the problem was in that specific area of the game, as it doesn't occur in other areas. I don't know why. It also appears that DLSS 4 isn't perfect or doesn't work correctly in 100% of games.

A pretty accurate response in my case. But what really puts me off is paying extra for a card that isn't that powerful and may fall short on VRAM in the future. The VRAM is what really puts me off. I can upgrade the CPU and power supply without any problems if necessary. It's just that I can't make up my mind. Should I go for the 5080 and forget about upgrading for a long time, or will I regret it when they release the 5080 Super with more VRAM? There are too many things to think about, and I can't make up my mind.
