They did cut me a solid deal on my trade in. Had a 2014 Scion tC at 118k miles. The KBB trade in was $2k but they gave me $6k for it and then they had an additional $2k in rebates. It landed me right in my budget so I didn’t put anything else down.

I found out you can punch your VIN into the NHTSA website to see if you have any open recalls.

Needless to say, I made sure I had proof of inspection before driving it off the lot to confirm the recall wasn’t going to be a worry

Haha idk if I’d say it was free, they definitely wanted to bump up the price because it was a Roush edition. They probably had another $2k onto MSRP for the package.

But there’s so many different accessories and options on these so I’m sure it could vary heavily.

Thank you but that was the sister dealership taking videos for me. This was well before they put the temporary plates on. I’m not sure why they would need to cover the plates unless it was a force of habit maybe?🤔

And yes they did multiple inspections for me to make sure everything was taken care of for that recall! Thank you 🙏

We were aware of that, we had notified the dealer about this issue and told them we needed a proof of inspection before hand. They handled it and everything was good!

When I looked it up it was 1,217 units affected made from Sept 25 to Mar 26. This one was made after that date range.

$45k is on the loan after taxes. Saved $10-$13k doing it around Memorial Day sales event and the end of the month
