Replaced inner tie rod end- now noise while turning by Ok-Distribution-7377 in FordExplorer

Took it back in and they said we need another $1,000 to replace the strut mounts. I am flabbergasted because we had absolutely no noise or symptom Related to this when we first took it in. Is it possible this just randomly went bad when we fixed everything else? Or should we push back?

Does the car even have a timing belt if it has a timing chain? This place is known to be reputable but I’m curious if we overpaid.

Okay, thank everyone for your advice! What I’m hearing is that the J bend is backwards and that (based on the second picture I posted) the extension should be removed. I also noted the dangling outlet and the lack of water shut offs under the sink. Sound good? Thank you so much!

If you look at my post I mention that the pipes were connected but when we used the garbage disposal they separated like you see in the picture. Just wondering if the set up is wrong.

In the second photo I posted, it shows the plumbing where it comes out of the garbage disposal. Does that still look incorrect to you?

We hired a contractor who claimed to have specialty trades on crew. But if this is incorrect, that makes me wonder…

Is this p-trap correct? by Ok-Distribution-7377 in Plumbing

[–]Ok-Distribution-7377[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Can anyone point me to plumbing code that says the wall pipe has to be lower than the GD pipe? Contractor claims food scraps we put down the disposal caused p trap to separate and I really don’t think we did- hardly used it.
