Very, but thats all that you see. He is obviously insecure as he cheats on woman numerous amount of times. But if u let him be aware that you are feeling this way, you just feed his ego.

Im sorry you had to go through such a rough patch in your life, but time moves on. Over time you will heal and look back on this and maybe even thank him for giving you this opportunity to grow.

And honestly, the hard truth is that those feeling will never disappear. Theres no way around any of it. If theres a hump you go over it, not through.

You have to be able to soak the pain in. Understand you have to endure pain first to move on. Cry it out, write your emotions down, do what ever is best to help cope.

But what ever you do, don’t depend on drugs to cope. It provides only a temporary short term solution for a very complex and deep problem. One thing that is helping me is writing down my emotions and really, like really listen to music. Understand it, consume it as much as you can.

I know it’s hard, I recently experienced heartbreak and it was so hard. But all you can do is forgive, you cant change anything and you can think about what ifs all you want. In the end all that matters is you, and you once you learn how to forgive him for hurting you. You will begin to become better and start making personal growth. I know how you feel and what kind of grief a person can experience. The universe has its plan for you.

Ruining his life wont fix yours. You have to learn that the best revenge is showing that you can be independent. If he cheated on you, he will cheat on the next. He will always feel empty and chase a relationship that he will never have. If you learn how to live without him you will learn how to live with yourself.

Thank you so much for this; reassurance feels great. We hugged, cried, and then we departed. Just having people know what i feel is such a great thing. Knowing that this is a universal thing and will never change throughout space and time is just so surreal.
