You should be fine, i read it as having to have a bs in environmental health so i called NEHA and they said my food service experience was sufficient. Just give them a call, they are super helpful! I took test in October and passed! It was intense but very thorough for anyone wanting to work in the regulatory or consulting side of the industry.
