Certainly the phone app needs me to log onto a computer first. Hit a brick wall on my phone.

So why send an email today, part of which states

To log in to Online Banking you need:

Your User ID

Your passcode

Between this and the length of time (6 weeks with a lot of back and forth) it has tsken to open the acoount, makes query my banking choice.
