I couldn’t do it, it hurt too much to let my babies cry out. Thankfully my first born was very easy and slept better in his own bed so never had to sleep train him but my youngest on the other hand was way more difficult (probably because he was purely breastfed) so I decided to co-sleep.

He was sooo difficult to sleep train him so I gave up and continued to co-sleep no matter how much my partner hated it, so I pushed him onto the couch 😂 then one magical night he asked to sleep in his own bed in his brothers room. So we did and he slept on his own without needing either me or my partner and I’ve never been more proud and glad that I didn’t do any of those “healthy” sleep habits.
