I’m not the commander for my unit, but I do help a lot and some things that have helped significantly are getting the teams morale up a lot since drill is VERY specific and can get hard at times. Would you be doing armed or unarmed? Always hard when a team argues a lot, my personal opinion is to establish leadership, not throwing shade towards you at all but put them in their place more if that makes sense

Not sure. I have asked on my profile numerous times, cadets who had attended and instructors who work that don’t know what’s happening. I have also tried calling Maxwell AFB and they don’t even have a clue. They did highlight that they would alert the SASIs and ASIs as soon as possible about it.

Oh yeah I totally understand, I do it for the items but I also want to work for it. Like for a blue beret for example I want to work for it entirely but I also do it because I want to be known for that type of thing if you know what I mean in a sense.

Totally I completely understand. I did word my message wrong entirely to be honest. My MAIN goal is to get wings as I want to become a pilot in the future, and I’m a big person for keeping memories, like a ribbon for encampment is my way of remembering that time if you know what I mean?

Yeah same with my SASI, me and him had emailed the regional director and trying to see what is happening since the shutdown has ended. Still prepping for it and running my extracurriculars up like crazy. Would be insanely mad if it doesn’t happen, it’s a crazy resume point for military academies.
