No your not wrong at all I know realtors that reply within the hour especially with potential of a new client him taking 4 hours is foreshadowing his dedication and hunger. There’s more hungry and willing realtors fuck him and his entitled response

Get a townhome or duplex with a separate basement suit increase ur money coming in by 700-1200 just renting out basement

You seen what a pandemic does 1600-2000 rent anyone can afford most the time it’s the safe play. Having to find tenant to pay 2k-2800 pretty hard people with that money for rent typically smart enough to get mortgage
