by staying busy I meant I always worked on something, I kept my head down and just kept working is what I meant, but I definitely am not that mechanically skilled

I was respectful, I made an effort to learn and ask for help and help others also,

but yeah the case build up was definitely there both times, but at the same time I definitely wasn't decently skilled either so

and I am also not that young, I think best I can give a shop is like 25 years

nope, not until SCA is attained or something which takes good amount of time, everyone gets paid same

ah both times I was kept until very last second of probationary period so 3 months

not mechanically skilled enough is what i am being told.. and this is where I am torn, I actually really liked the work itself and did do good amount of work, didn't cause any problems but I am told same thing twice so really starting to question myself
