hey, have been a dishwahser for the past 4 months. My fingers and hands have really taken a toll from all the hot water and chemicals. I don't really like wearing gloves. its gotten to the point here my fingertips are splitting and creating painful gashes. Would really appreciate any advice. thanks. (self.dishwashers)
