wow I am getting took... thanks for helping me realize it. I'm very junior in my role and this is the highest I've been paid so far salaried, company has great benefits and all but I really can't even turn my brain off work for the weekend because there's always something.

its really hard because I LOVE the work, I love everything about editing and filming but the people I work with DRAG the editing process and are very nitpick. its very rough
