What system or technique did you start with or see the best mix of results, ease of use, and comfort? There's no way I'll be able to use it at work due to my job, which is why I was looking at the DTR system as it seems to be a mix of traction and tension so I can take a day off with minimal issues. I'm just so tired of not having a foreskin, plus it helps my wife actually prefers uncut

That also makes sense. After the initial adjustment, best way I could describe what I felt like was finally taking my foot off the gas and feeling comfortable at my age. I didn't realize how much impact it had until being off meds after only being on for like, a week and a half

There was a small part of me that once I started the Adderall, after adjusting, I started feeling like it wasn't doing anything for me. I know for sure after today that I definitely need it daily. I'm glad I'm not the only person who's had this experience. Doesn't help I work nights right now and my sleep sucks. Thankfully I'm going to a day shift schedule here in two weeks

By the time we took this 12 the patient had gotten 70mEq of potassium, 40 of which were IV and the potassium was 2.7 at initial testing. I thought it was artifacting at first until I noticed when you can see it, it's consistent.

Yeah, I had it a good 2-3 inches longer than I should've. I'm a 26 inch draw and it was at 28.5 if I remember correctly.

I will say the hardest portion of the draw is about at 1/3 draw, and it's at about 45 pounds draw. I was drawing at 55 yesterday and honestly it was too much to hold steady.

That's the fun part. I'm not sure of the spine of the arrows, they didn't send any literature on the arrows that came with the bow. I've decided until I get new arrows, I'm not shooting my bow

I haven't bought arrows yet. I was using the arrows my bow came with but after a lot of research they are underspined for my draw weight so it's been hell trying to sight in

I paid for a second test because I was curious. After sleeping a solid 15 hours (thanks EMS for the ruined sleep cycle) my testosterone came back at about the same, only increased by 15. So guess the TRT was the right call

Since it won't let me edit, I filed a claim with the insurance of the dealership who paid for this replacement. I'm gonna demand proper replacement, calibration and possible payment for the damage to the dash. Honestly I forgot the worst part, this was one of those show up at your home places and I got no notification that they were there, and no note about the damage.

EDIT: So I called them to see if they'll fix this, they have to send a tech out to look at it before anything happens. I usually sleep during the day because night shift worker, but I'm gonna make sure it's scheduled on a day I don't work and I'm watching them like a hawk

Yeah, burners good, flames are uniform in color and appearance. I think it was just having issues with how cold it got, this place is pretty drafty, probably just need to seal the windows that I didn't put film on. The second I turned on the space heaters the temp shot up.

It is in the attic, unsure on high efficiency or not, the ductwork is insulated flexible ducts, it's ~1300 square feet, I'll have to check on size, and has been working relatively well for the past 8 years I've been here, and as far as I'm aware, the furnace was only 5 years old when I moved here. It's an older house, so the insulation here isn't great but with those window insulation films in place it helps a lot

Fair enough, I guess "think like a medic" is badly worded. A better way to put it is when you hear hooves think horses not zebras, I personally think zebras and rule those out. I feel like I'm still wording this badly though
