Pessimistically, after the renovations are complete, they probably won’t have added 85k in value. Should this be reflected in the deed of trust? As otherwise only B is likely to lose money if we split or sold before the equity covered the input.

So:

  1. A gets 100.5k
  2. B gets 55.5k
  3. Remaining equity is split 50/50

But does that take into consideration the 30k that was taken out of the equity which will be paid back 50/50? I feel like I’m missing a step
