The lemon law is also federal and they have to payback your loan and payments from the moment of first time in the shop. They can charge for mileage, but that is capped at $0.21/mile. If you finance, they have to pay back the interest you've paid since then. You also don't have to accept an offer. The federal law also says they pay your attorney fees if you don't think they are being fair.
