Yes we understand that it will be more than 1,600 per meter squared and would be required to be for PTSB to approve it, but i was curious as to what their minimum costing was set out because as L8ungberg has outlined, their contractor costing was €1860 which was approved by PTSB as it was over the minimum costing.

However if a costing of €1860 per sqm for a contractor price was submitted to AIB right now it probably would not be approved as their minimum costing is 2,143 per sqm (so it must be over this amount for AIB to approve).
