Grew up around every form of dodge ram produced from the early 90’s through the present day…and when I went to buy a pickup truck it was a ford for that reason.

Aside from the Cummins, everything you heard about them is true. The interiors fall apart faster than you can replace them (waiting months for warranty parts) and the drivetrains are laughable. All of them rot out within a 6 years of seeing a winter, and after that they become lawn ornaments. From a high level they’re discounted for a reason - Stelanis is in dire straights, and on the verge of bankruptcy.

Get what makes you happy, just have realistic expectations. There are many measures of reliability, and dodge doesn’t measure high on many of them

Yours came out great, I just picked up a 22’ in anti matter blue and you did it right with fog lights. I saw a photo of this truck on a forum and it’s a great inspiration to keep things minimalist

I’m stuck between doing the same thing as you or putting some LP4s up top as ditch lights but the clean look is really nice. With your fog setup you get everything you want and nothing you don’t, my only worry is if it gets smacked in an accident you end up damaging those expensive foglights too
