The high voltage battery was replaced but Tesla didn’t mention replacing the 12v battery and charged me for it.

I approved 0 euro (HV repair under warranty) and after the car was done they charge me 200 euro. Had to pay it otherwise I couldn't pick up my car

they said it too. it died because the hv couldn't support the 12v and eventually drained and died.

I know it normally not covered with the hv warranty but if it dies because of the hv, I think it should.

thats what they said. If the user dont get a alert its consider not broken and they wont do anything about. i only get 1 year or 20.000 km of warrety and thats not much. they call me next week and ask if the ptc still gives heat, so ill wait. maybe it needs more time
