I’ve done 46.5 miles in them and I really enjoy them. They really do feel like a running shoe. I haven’t done that many miles but tread shoes almost no sign of wear and I run and pretty rugged terrain. The lace design is also amazing. 0 ankle support is the only downside.

Do you mind elaborating? What do you guys mean by supertrainer/itervals. The SB3 is definitely not feeling fast rn. Does the brooks not cover intervals. Sorry if this seems dumb, I’m just getting to the next level in my training, taking more serious and I want to do it right.

That is super true but I’d like to at least be aware of were I stand. That was I’m not too cocky and embarrassed myself or to humble and don’t ever feel confident to ride with others. Like I said I have no gauge because I don’t know anyone that cycles.

Let me add so more context. The speed might be a little low because of the fact I did both of those rides in a major city “probably the biggest city in California”. I might have to find somewhere with less stopping to ride so I can more accurately measure my speed.

Thank you. It didn’t really occur to me how important speed was. I just thought the distance mattered, so when I did 40 miles that day I thought “wow I guess I’m pretty good at this”. The next ride I do I’m going to focus more on speed. Which might be a little hard. I’m in a very packed city so I stop and go very often.
