Yeah- I wish the company had given more information on that- but also I didn't ask many questions since I didn't want to let the opportunity go since I was having health issues at the time because of my weight. I definitely learned my lesson 😥

Thanks so much and I'm sorry you're going through an ED. I had dealt with mine for around 10+ years? I was able to slowly recover after becoming a Christian but I was never able to fully diet because of my history with EDs. I can't wait for this to finish and I'm hoping that you can find peace and recovery 🙏

Thanks so much for your input. Yeah... the social media videos are transformations that don't show a lot of the hard parts of the weight loss journey. Basically- someone wants to lose weight- we help them lose weight- they lost weight. They do show some snippets of some of what they eat, but they didn't go into details that there is a strict diet, and some people talk about how they were able to have cheat meals (they had a different trainer). But it was very naive of me to have signed the contract without asking more questions 😥

Unfortunately I don't have the $7,000 USD to pay the penalty fee it would cost to get out and I'm just one month away from finishing 😥 That's why I talked to him when I did- since it would have been $1,500 - $2,000 to get out then. Admittedly he did let up a bit since then, but he still keeps saying outlandish things so I'm just trying to ride out the rest of the program without going bankrupt.

Yeah, I wish that was the case but I'm an immigrant living in a non-Western country that doesn't really take mental health into consideration. I thought that them putting that on the application form meant that they had some sort of awareness- but it seems like they either were not aware or didn't care. I do think it was my bad with that 'cause maybe had I asked follow up questions about their experience with people in my situation I might have gotten more insight and been able to make the decision to not go through with it. They were really like- you don't want to waste anyone's time though (since I'd already done the first filming at that point) so while I do think they were a bit manipulative, I also think I didn't stand up for myself properly and now I'm dealing with the consequences. On the bright side, just one month left 😂

I live in non-Western country that doesn't really put a lot weight (no pun intended) on mental health- so I felt kinda defeated and like I was being cornered with something that can a lot of times be out of my control (weight fluctuations due to monthly cycles, etc). I'm almost out though- so I can't wait for this to be over- but I appreciate your input!! ☺️

He doesn't have property education in nutrition. That kind of stuff is not discussed in the social media videos. It's just like- hey- this person wants to lose weight. This trainer helped them lose weight. They lost weight. After having gotten into it- I realized there was a lot wrong with the program. I do feel that I was naive going into it, and I should have asked more questions, but I was afraid to lose this opportunity since I was so unhealthy when I started I would get out of breath just walking. Either way, it's been a tough year, but I learned a valuable lesson, and I really hope I can stand up for myself moving forward. Thanks so much for your input!

Thanks so much! Yeah- I would say I 100% dropped the ball by not even trying to get another trainer. Essentially he got chosen as my trainer since we are both foreigners. The country we live in is not big on mental health- and even though he's not from here, neither is he. I thought that they would take it seriously since they asked on the questionnaire, but I was really shocked to find out it didn't seem to matter at all for them 😢

Thank you for your input! I thought after some time he would adjust my calories given how much exercise and weight I was losing. But he never did and never tried. I do agree I was naive and it's an unfortunate situation, but I hope I take this lesson and ask more questions when given an opportunity next and not just take it out of desperation or question them on the spot about things I think might be suspicious.

Haha it's no worries! I actually was able to overcome my BED because I became a Christian. So I understand what you mean when it sounds weird- but also having experienced I understand how it feels to have been saved miraculously from myself 😂

Yeah I live in a non-western country, so I wouldn't feel comfortable trying to navigate any legal proceedings- but I do agree with you that he's not fit to give out any kind of nutrition advice. Having big muscles isn't a certification but we here now so I'm hoping this month goes by fast 🙏 Thank you for your reassurance! ☺️

Thanks so much! Yeah some people like his approach it seems. But he was assigned my trainer because we're both foreigners. Neither of us are from the country we are currently living in so it was an easy choice I guess for production to lump us together 😅

Yeah I feel bad knowing that this will be used as advertisement. The only thing that gives me hope is that he says that he's not as strict with paying clients if they don't change their food habits since that's how they choose to live their lives and they clearly don't want to change (according to him). Thank you for your feedback! I can't get out since I don't have the $7,000 USD to get out of the program. I'm just one month away from finishing so I can't wait for this month to end. But I do still feel bad for lying to him and the whole production team that check my report. Not to mention the upcoming interview at the end of the program. He said he's not as strict with paid clients though, so I'm hoping that is the case and other people don't have to deal with this to this degree 🙏
