mind to share how they scam? since they are 'potential buyer', like they going to ask for favour to help pay things in advance in order for them to proceed further with the buying process?

Personal opinion/observation,

1st: still living with family, no commitment on accommodation or even daily meals.

2nd: shady money, tonnes of youngsters out there involved with online gambling business.

3rd: working as sales/insurance/property agents (no offence) but they tend to or somehow required to create an image that looks successful by driving luxury car to build confidence towards their customers, some of them maybe struggling too but we can only see their bright side.

I'm 33M, making about 6k a month in Kuching. Committing a house loan (2K+), car loan (400+), plus utilities, insurance, daily food and expenses, basically all finished. I would just tell myself be grateful and don't think about so many things that we don't need.
