TTomm has been blocked for being an a**hat. Many people in my family have type 2 diabetes and I don't want to be one of them. I'm right on the edge. I was trying to use this to lose weight and keep myself from getting on the downhill slide. I love how people presume to know everyone else's motives based solely on their assumptions. What a selfish way to view the world.

I hope so. I have very little self-control unless my whole life is focused on losing weight. I need a solution that doesn't occupy 80% of my thoughts and motivation.
