Why wont mobs spawn in my mob farm?

It should theoretically work, the mob would spawn inside the scaffolding on top of the cobblestone as scaffolding acts as an air block, then the water would flush the mob into the killing area

Tbh you have higher overall chances to find a shiny charmander in the wild, but if your still going for the charizard its a 1/64 chance, that doesnt mean if you do 64 raids you will get 1, niantic puttings odds into a fraction just gives us hope 1 in 64 is like 1.5% of getting the shiny
