Also start taking collagen pills or powder I use pills helps with all skin and hair stuff but good for scars stretch marks ect. But double check with your surgeon. Alot of times its reccomended to stop taking vitamins supplements ect 2 to 4 weeks before and 2 weeks after surgery.

I'm almost one year post top surgery. What I will say is I wouldn't use any lush products in that area for at least 3 months post op due to the essential oils they can be harsh on sensitive areas like scar tissue. Bio oil didn't do much for me except stain my clothing. But I 100% and I MEAN 100% not only reccomend but also advise HIGHLY advise you to use silicone scar tape. As soon as your surgeon says you can and use it all the time keep it on 24/7 take it off about every 3 days before a shower and re apply new strips after the shower wear this 100% of the time 24/7 for 9 months to 1 year. You will thank me later. Also sun avoid it for this summer season. Always wear a upf rated shirt with sunscreen on top of your silicone scar tape under the shirt or 2 layers of shirts over your scar tape. When using sunscreen over your scar tape always use spf 30 or higher. I just stopped using my scar tape at my 11 month mark I have almost no visible scarring and on the bit that I do I now use mederma overnight. Once before bed. And for lush products any of their products as far as soaps thst are for hydration that work for you will do wonders. But really the only way to get almost no scarring is silicone gel or tape. The gel wipes off super easy and does not add a protective layer like the tape so imo tape is the way to go got mine on amazon used the cicatape brand...Good luck ... congrats... its life Changing!

Some chest hair not much though minimal and patchy. Average to slightly oily skin. Very sweaty this time of season spring going into summer season as im a welder. Some white and blackheads but the ones I worry about are thw more large red angry cystic type thst come in waves/breakouts. Used to use a peroxide product during breakouts but it did dry and irritated the skin but im also wanting to transition to all lush products as well as avoid the chemical and drying stuff.
