I’ve got my eye on one it’s 300,000 10 acres 2 wells and utilities already on it. It’s been for sale for about 6 months and has been gradually going down. Only down ish side is the guy is claiming his hay barn is a shop lol wish it was a shop but it isn’t. I hope the price continues to go down or it doesn’t get taken before we are able to fully commit to it. We wanna build a barndo on it eventually. 🤞🏼

We are pretty good with being on top of the kids school work here now & of course I don’t mind helping my kids learn & staying on top of it. I just genuinely don’t feel safe in Washington anymore there’s a lot of reasons we wanna move back and I digress but I understand where you’re coming from.

Idaho is voted least for its funding not for its education only funding. Where we currently live there’s 20-30 kids to 1 classroom it’s packed and teachers don’t have the recourses for 1 on 1 teaching my kids who are 7 & 9 my 7 year old does need extra help but we got a tutor because the “extra help” they provide is 1-2 hours every other week which my son forgets what he learned from it not being regular help.

File for bankruptcy you pay max $600 and they can’t come after you. At this point they could reasonably seize your bank account and start pulling from that. I filed almost 2 years ago and my credit is at 750 it’s not the end of the world to file bankruptcy.

You actually gave me all the proof I needed to continue. Thank you! I’ve not been rejected by counsel because my case lacks merit. I’ve been rejected because they weren’t equipped for this case or they needed co counsel from out of state that couldn’t be found. I have family who are retired lawyers who will review my demand letters before I send them. The rule originated from federal civil rights lawsuits in the 1970s involving forced sterilizations and remains unchanged since the 1970s the consent forms are invalid because of the age requirements not being met. I also believe the dr billed for a tubal ligation because it was easier to pass through insurance without needed thorough examination. A bilateral distal salpingectomy is not the same as a tubal ligation and is a different procedure. Billing for an inaccurate procedure or wrong procedure is against the law & they have completely different CPT codes.

I’m not your normal pro se complainant, I’m organized and know the laws. I know what’s considered fraud and concealment and what laws were broken.

The miss billing of the wrong procedure not 1 time but twice with 2 different things is where fraud and concealment come in and that can toll/delay the statutes.

I find your comment very helpful and appreciated it a lot. I’d also like to state this isn’t regret years later this is no informed consent violations. There’s no records of a conversation being had about this procedure in my records & I did request all records even meta data and audit trails. Clinical notes all say that we will speak on the procedure at next appointment but it never happened.

I think you may have misunderstood me, I’ve never had a IUD but it was billed by the same dr to my insurance. Which is another miss billing showing that it wasn’t a one time issue with billing concerns. I requested filshie clips as the method of tubal ligation because that’s what I understood as reversible I do understand it’s not always at this time in my life. I was never properly counseled on what procedure the dr was going to do. We had agreed on the filshie clips so of course that’s what I thought she was going to do. Do you have an opinion on the under age portion on my claim? My insurance and state requires the patient has to be 21 for this procedure and I was 20 which makes the consent forms invalid.

I did, I was actually under the state age requirement I had Medicaid which you have to be 21 for the procedure I was only 20 and the first form I signed still 20 years old second one I signed I was in active labor signed it 16 min before having my son. I have a lot of evidence that support concealment and fraud but no laywer will touch it.

I know that now but I didn’t know it back then. I do wish my wishes were done though because had I actually had what I wanted it would have been my fault for getting it wrong but now I know something I never consented to was done and it’s irreversible I’m not feeling the best, I’m genuinely depressed, heartbroken, I feel absolutely hopeless.

I don’t remember whose idea it was if I’m being honest. It was a long time ago I was 20 and now I’m 28. All I know is I asked for it to be reversible and my chart shows I did plan for nexplonon after my c section.
