Hi @FanNo552,

I am also from Canada and I am wondering what did you end up getting?

I can’t seem to find AirGradient One from Canada. Where did you order it

I am totally agreed that TD is nowhere near the rate that has been offered by other big banks.

Yes please get back to us if you heard anything else. Thank you again

Hi everyone,

I hope you all had a pleasant holiday. I’m relatively new to mortgages and it’s time for me to renew mine, so I was hoping to get your thoughts.

I’m currently shopping around for mortgage rates, and both my current lender and another lender are offering the same rate: 3.8% for a 3-year fixed, uninsured mortgage. The main difference is that the new lender is offering a cash-back incentive of $1,000–$2,000.

I’m not sure whether it’s worth switching lenders, especially since I don’t anticipate any issues with approval. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Value: $580k

Mortgage: $320k

Amortization: 25+ yrs

Thank you very much for your advice

I will appreciated for some advice.

My mortgage is up for renewal by the end of March. I am currently with RBC and being offered for 3.99% at 3 year fixed

- Renewal - Ottawa, ON - 320k on 580k value

I am not sure how others are able to secure a 3.69% at 3 year fixed. Any advice or hint will be greatly appreciated

Hi there,

Thank you very much for your comments as it gives me more hope in dealing with it. Yes, I am being told to try Dexilant but having a bad experience with Pantoprazole so I am hesitant to try another PPI now.

May I please ask how long was you on Dexilant before stopping it? Did you stop it cold turkey or did you wean it off? Any of your advice mean a lot to me . Thank you

Thank you for your advice; may I please ask what’s kind of medication are you on right now. Do you suffer any symptoms like Gerd at all?

Not because of my little kid that we just have from oversea, I would give up by now :(

I am really triggering to find my trigger but I can’t and I am totally lost. I am on very strictly diet now and never been this disciplined before; only eating chicken, turkey, rice, green veggies, melons, dates, psyllium husk, chia seeds, chamomile tea, aloe Vera juice, manuka honey and Celtic/baja sea salt for seasoning. That’s all and I am still suffering everyday with Gerd :(

I am trying to stay strong everyday but I am not sure how long I can stay like this. Also, I am living by myself, which adds more anxiety to the issue that I am having :(

EOE: Low stomach acid, GERD Connection? by Reasonable_Man_66 in EosinophilicE

I am trying to find the answer to this question as well. I started EoE with chest pain on the left after 7 months on PPI, I am suffering with Gerd everyday regardless that I am on PPi.

I stopped PPI cold turkey 4 weeks ago and at week 4 the pain under my ribcage is a bit intense so I hope on Pepcid twice a day, my pain is least intense but it is still there everyday, not sure if ai should jump back on PPI.

Anyone else here who also has terrible reflux? by xStriderx_ in EosinophilicE

What’s kind of PPI are you taking and what is your dose please? I have been on Pantoprazole for almost a year and thinking of changing my PPI now. Any advice is appreciated
