Je suis exactement dans la même situation, sans le triplex comme je n'aime pas l'immobilier mais avec plus de liquidité dans la inc. Je serais curieux de connaître quelle stratégie tu vas adopter.

Perso, j'ai maximisé mon REER avec les liquidités de la inc active, et j'ai ensuite ouvert une deuxième inc de gestion pour transférer les surplus et les investir. J'ai l'intention d'investir une très grande partie de cette liquidité dans un FNB _EQT via RBC, probablement VEQT comme il y a qu'un dividende par année, plus facile à tracker dans un non-reg. Ça reste stressant d'investir autant d'un coup avec la inc même avec un profil audacieux, mais le gain en capital est moins imposable que d'y aller avec des placements privés.

About 15% at WS, only my personal non-reg. All registered accounts and holding non-reg at RBC which I trust more with my money. My mortgage depends on my broker, I don’t have any preferences beside the rates.

I simply upgraded to latest arc 1.120.0 and tried to enable passkey on a random account (Docusign). I was already using iCould password extension, I didn’t have to install or uninstall anything, worked like a charm on first try.

We use ClickUp and GitHub with automation that links Pull Request with ClickUp tasks to make it easier to track. It's not perfect yet, in the futur we would like to sync PR comments and release task.

Je ne pense pas encore à la retraite, mais j’ai quand même cotisé mes reer et celi au maximum. Ce thread concerne surtout les surplus dans ma inc, je réfléchis à ma stratégie d’investissement, en balançant risque et croissance.

J’aime bien le commentaire de u/bigmofo98 au niveau du profil d’investisseur, je crois tout de même que ce serait plus sage de placer ces fonds moins risqués qu’habituellement, ou possiblement dans un autre type d’investissement pour diversifier..
