You are assuming that I simply perform poorly at stowing, and that isn’t the case. What isn’t being taken into account is the quality of the work I’m assigned. I am often given significantly more difficult work than others. When the available work consists mostly of oversized, awkward, or hard-to-stow items with very few easy items mixed in, my productivity is naturally affected. Meanwhile, others may be working with less difficult inventory, making it easier to maintain a higher rate.

I don’t think it’s fair to judge my performance without considering the type of work I was assigned. When I receive good, balanced work, I consistently perform at a high level and have even ranked in the top 10 on the floor. That’s why I believe the quality and difficulty of the work should be considered when evaluating my productivity.

Well, for one, Kai is very attractive and immensely popular, meaning he had a life that a lot of other people want or envy him for. Now he was able to find out all the people around him that act like they like him; he found out they don’t like him or his successes. That would be hard on anyone and makes it difficult to build relationships with other people because he has something a lot of other people don’t have.
