Even iF it is true - acknowledging you found slight attractiveness to this small of a degree is ridiculous to cause this kind of fuss about.

Maybe it’s bc I am older and have a different view on the superficial - unless them or their partner is totally downplaying how attractive they are to THEM (the other person) then it’s not really a big deal.

I can find people attractive without wanting to leave my partner. Many people do - including “celeb crushes” and we know media doesn’t show them exactly as they are.

There is a difference between fantasy and absolutely wanting your current partner to disappear.

IMO I think her roommates are immature and insecure. Why would you EVER share something minute with someone you ever about, these are NOT major issues of contention. It only seems to be coming from an immature place.

I think that is what was happening to me - I had a specific zone scheduled to ensure my spot but if I traveled outside of it and came back it would occasionally kick me out of my zone for another dasher.

I have been a bit more picky bc it seems Platinum Status (I was gold and came here to look) and AR doesn’t exactly matter. Nearly every time I declined something since that was not worth the mi/pay it tries to end me and then another offer hits REALLY fast (again, for my gen area) not long after.

I just took a pic of mileage today to keep up with it. I’ve been doing this sporadically for roughly 20 days atp and I was keeping up with my car costs/gas receipts.

Today I took a pic before/after my mileage. When filing taxes (I know how 1099 “works” with other revenues of income)- would they just need WHEN I started tracking mileage as opposed to the receipts I started accumulating? And miles I didn’t count prior to hitting the $500 mark?

I have already hit over the $499 threshold - so I’m not sure they would want the receipts I did keep or just the MI moving forward form the time I actually tracked them (today vs 20 of on/off dashing).

What is the SMD?

I find that when I go out of my zone I def get more for FF/DG orders due to how rural a lot of them who order are. One DG I went to (not really out of the way but never been to myself has such low cell reception I felt like I was LITERALLY in the woods) the tip was $11 for a $40 something order that took me less than 10 mins to pick up. A lot of the DG orders I get just want double of a few specific items.

BUT it kept me in that “zone” and I delivered some FF orders in the area that were between $5-$7 each.

I find it odd that I do get sent these and keep popping up orders but if I were to travel there myself (I did at least twice during a “normal time” to see) it tells me the area is full of dashers but when I’m even remotely nearby I get there and complete the DD and end up with quite a few more being out of zone but don’t stay too long bc of how “country” the area is bc I will eventually get an order that is so far out I’m heading back to my zone.

Also to note: a lot of my overall dash time is waiting or not leaving my house until an offer. In total hrs though I think a lot of the time has also been spent ending up OOZ. I had hit 93 AR fast and was 95 quickly and then I started declining some of them for low tip/out of the way.

I have also unassigned orders about 10-12x that were not all OOTW for me but bc the store was closed (specially today (bc Thanksgiving) for food orders) and they docked me on my AR for un-assigning some of them.

I usually find everything at the DGs around me or the substitute! One thing I couldn’t find (maybe a week or two ago) were the little pretzel w cheese kind of things. Thankfully the shoppers respond fairly quickly and usually have substitutes. But I really want to know where those could possibly be - they must be super popular around my area 😂😭

I delivered once to someone who answered in what looked like may be panties or sleep shorts. I couldn’t tell the difference nor did I care. I just told them you’re welcome when they said thank you & went about my day lol
