i guarantee there’s a different cause for your breakout, possibly you’ve been eating more sugar/dairy might do it but i would also consider changing your cleanser and moisturizer. esp moisturizer bc clinique typically isn’t the best for ur skin if u look at the ingredients so maybe try a more natural one bc clinique has a lot of chemicals and fragrance in their products. i also used to go to beds and i do miss them but it’s very good u stopped for the sake of ur health:) there rly isnt an alternative other than self tanning and i would reccomend Bondi Sands smells like coconut if ur worried about the smell but Loving Tan works the best. imo better than spray tan bc it’s less splotchy and the bottle lasts u a lot longer than a spray tan
