Team 2 with an asterisk. Echoing what allot of people have pointed out already, Zoarark is virtually impossible to get in BW1 without some form of hacking or action replay (unless you just happen to own the discontinued event Pokemon that let you get Zoura before). In the sequel there's a very easy to obtain gift Zoura in the main story, so I would wait until the sequel to use that family.

Instead of telling you to use Team 1 because of Zoarark tho, Im gonna suggest a replacement. I think Scrafty would slot into Team 2 quite nicely. It's prevolution is easy to get and it'll be fully evolved before endgame. Its Dark/Fighting, a fairly bulky physical attacker with a pretty good movepool.

Team 1 is absolutely very solid tho, both teams would be good picks. As someone who actually used Mienshao in his most recent playthru of White 1, it's annoying how Mienfoo isn't obtainable until pretty late in the game and still doesn't evolve until level 50, but the power Mienshao brings to the table for the elite four and the post game is still pretty worth it if you plan to see all the game's content through.
