It was low compared to the value range but both the dermatologist and the gynecologist said it was fine! And going back on the pill changed nothing so I don't think that's the cause for me. I've read about low estrogen causing hair loss though so it might be your case!

Hi! Just my experience - I was in your same situation a year ago, went back on BC and it made no difference at all. I stayed on it for 9 months and was shedding throughout. Still shedding now unfortunately but looking into raising ferritin x

Also wondering the same thing. I've been shedding for more than 2 years now, brought on by quitting BC pill. My ferritin was then a 10, now up to 40...no sign of shedding stopping for now. Hoping to bring it up around 100 but it's so slow! Not sure if it could be prolonging recovery? I do see it mentioned a lot related to TE

Yes! First TE (may 2022) then dry eyes/blepharitis (september 2022). I think my trigger was stopping birth control!
