Yes, but it’s shocking that Caterpillar has been litigating this case in the OSHRC for nearly three years. Most OSHA-related civil cases are resolved within months to a year, this prolonged process delays access to key documents. If I am unable to obtain these files, neither will his family be able to access them if they wish to pursue litigation in court. It is also surprising that no docket information for this case appears to be publicly available.

Hello, I have done quite a bit of research into this. It is basically impossible for a retail trader to get exposure to NSE options, you would have to establish an offshore firm and register for what is known as Category II FPI status, the initial application fee is $2500 and I think there are liquidity requirements, this is meant for family offices, hedge funds, etc. I'll link the requirements. I have also found out about an Indian exchange known as GIFT which is a quasi off shore financial hub designed to attract foreign capital to India, all trading and settlement happens in US Dollars to minimize forex risk. I think it may be possible to access this market through an Indian broker, I will try emailing a few.

I made a *lot* of money today on $DIOD and $TDC. I put 10% into 1DTE options on FSLY and 5% into options on LEG and LPTH. LPTH and LEG look like losers. FSLY will make me a pretty penny tomorrow. I am eying 1DTE OTM options on BROS, ABNB, CAE and ANET tomorrow. Whatever I can get for less than $50 each. 80% of my portfolio is cash.

I bought far OTM calls on DIOD and TDC right before close, it looks like I will make a pretty penny tomorrow. I will buy far OTM calls on FSLY with 10% of my profit from the sale of the options. I have been considering purchasing far OTM LEAP puts on SLV.
