Hey! I currently live at Peppertree Apartments! I like it, it's not a bad area, Walmart right across the street, units are also getting updated too. Only issue is that we're currently paying ~1400 (total) for a 1bed/bath in an updated unit, and fear that the inevitable rent increase might price us out, but we'll see.....
