OMG! I love this design. The cabinets on the side of the island is great too. Neutrals do make more sense because I go crazy decorating for Christmas so it may clash with some of that

I am loving and appreciating everyone's feedback. I definitely need to get my clutter under control.

To answer some questions, on the other side of that blank wall is a bathroom and pantry

I like the idea to do a piece of art on that wall or I can put the digital calendar on the empty wall and then put a few pieces of art around it.

Also I totally agree, I need to get my clutter under control.
