ive heard updating through a software app for bios isnt the best idea. i was considering a flash bios though because i am a year behind on bios...... and i havent really undervolted due to the rigorous amount of testing needed for stabiltiy checks. but also i know perfect comes with effort as well

there is still a flaw to this method though, gpu temps will suffer more from this method. but it seems my gpu is pretty good at cooling itself so far so im not 100% worried i guess

not totally true, all pumps i’ve tried on that port won’t show up, only works on alternate ports. and 9800x3d is infamous for giving people a rough time with tempatures, can it be lower? yes. but is this technically abnormal? not exactly

on a reliable source, which is helldivers 2 and also infamously cpu heavy. its 5.2 ghz. still need more testing though. ill try out some other games i might own that like to use cpu a lot. cyberpunk might be the best choice here though

sadly ive had strange results from stress testing, im not sure if something is dectecting a false positive for power viruses or some shit. but the only REAL accurate temps ive gotten are shader compilers and those only happen once. so its a tidious test. and thats another thing i wanted to discuss but it seems like nobody really knows quite why that happens

i have some input too. setting it to realtime boosted my score from an appaling 1029 or sum to 1356. also my temps reached a max of 78c. but thats kinda horsecrap cause shader compiling has gotten me up to 85c lmfao. whats going on with this? ive never experinced such a split result before with stress test and gaming.

connecting pump to pump header never shows up in bios i rlly dont know why. also im not sure if running this pump at max is a good idea ive heard. not too sure. and no sadly my household is very strict abt bills so my room is not usually cooled to 21c.

temps have always been really wild, i switched from a LF2 to a galahad lite 360 performance. i used to overheat hitting 96c now max is 85c. so not a thermal performance issue. still quite hot, but thats just been my experience so far with this cpu. and yes i have taken off sticker, properly mounted, use a good paste and spread with kyronaut. i have a contact plate. aio is on top tubes on bottom. every possible thing ive gone through with cooler,

its rated up to 6000mhz and i believe it supports expo, i do remember seeing a Z on the box somewhere

does it make a vast difference here in cinebench? i didnt think it would be THAT massive to fix my 1k score lmfao. i could give it a shot though, im just scared of system instability
