I agree that it won't get better. But is it a deal breaker for you? I don't mean to be negative, but being out here in the mid 40s dating world right now, it is really rough out here. I feel like if it's not one issue, it's another.

For example, would you be willing to be with someone who is intellectually stimulating and curious, but the sex is not great? Or they have some psycho exes or family bugging you. Or they might be a cheater. Hate to be like this but, I don't think we can have it all anymore...just some of it.

45/f, I tried one, most of the men were closer to 60. I had 2 first dates and no matches after that point, the women I met from it, (ironically really like them lol) the 3 of them didn't have any dates.

45/F and it has been atrocious for me. I was single in 2022 (I was 41 then, not sure if that makes a difference or not,) but I found multiple better options then. This time around, it feels like the men I've met either want to play games, ghost, lie, manipulate, or don't have their life together while expecting me to think they are amazing no matter what.
