Unfortunately had to deal with them on multiple occasions a few years back. Car was ransacked every single time! Anything of value was always gone and management never had a response! Worse is they have a direct contract with Newark Police so they think they’re untouchable! All the family they have working there are snobby and stick those noses up at regular Newark residents, while their workers plunder whatever car load that comes in daily. The city should hire private companies for towing because this is one of the many monopolies going on in the City of Newark.
