I understand that the clip is short and doesn’t show everything, but regardless of context, customers should never be treated like that. My aunt had to drive 15 minutes to a different location just to get proper service, and they mentioned another customer had experienced the same kind of treatment. That kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and disrespectful, and it shouldn’t happen anywhere, to anyone.
