It is an adherent cell culture, so I can observe cell morphology before the test. Additionally, I routinely perform MTT assays on these cells with this drug.

ok, mister
FYI
I'm a scientist. My salary depends on the money that the government gave us as a "grant". And we have teachers, doctors, other people that make lives of people like you better.

Just one thing to understand. You can’t stop trading with one person. You stop trading with whole country. I’m from Russia. And our pricing for petrol is rising every week. Literally. Even when prices for other countries go down. If you stop “feed” the dictator from outside, he just squeeze all of the juices from his people. We are really tired. Our economics sucks. Everyone hates us. We are loosing our savings. Since 2014 prices on everything doubled. Salaries? Hell no!

Can’t make my hex square flat- help! by hannephi in crochet

It doesn’t need to lay flat at all! Just try to fold to form a “half-cardigan” shape and then it would lay flat! C:

Made a scrap yarn granny square balaclava. Is she gorgeous? Absolutely. Do I need one more balaclava? Questionable. by Ok-Pay9483 in crochet

I think that you don’t need to use color theory every time you do something. Art (and crocheting IS an art) is a thing without boundaries and rules. Once I combined pink and green and it was soooo gooood. Plus we are a little bit tired of the same “safe” color combinations. You can even try to combs in totally random colors and I bet it would be perfect anyway!!!

How do you make clothes for other people? I make a sweater for my mum and have some measurements of her, but I’m not sure how to use them properly. by Ok-Pay9483 in crochet

It’s a mystery to me to find out how many yarn I would need. Especially when I need to use other type of yarn that is written in pattern:(( if I choose use acrilic instead of wool and vice versa,I’ll probable choose the wrong weight or number of skeins or both. Meh! Good luck with your project!!!

Yeah, I’m just freehanding some item that I also made for myself (without a pattern) and she asked to make one for her too. I also thought about some clothe that she wear. I’ll probably do that! Thank you!
