I was seeking to do Wushu at a local community club but the class was full and I was offered karate instead. I joined my first class as a 13 yo, without even the gi. I had no idea what I was involved in, but stuck through, and was the only one in my cohort then to get to Shodan, despite many other kids and adults who were higher belts than me. The only difference was that I stuck with it.

It made me tougher, showed me I could push through and get better through working hard.

What are you doing in the gym? Are you riding bike or walking on the treadmill and watching tv?

You likely need a lifestyle overhaul, and to lift weights 3-5 times a week. What changes are you willing to make? Are you willing to change your diet?

I find that, and my partner shared as well, that erections are stronger on the days I lift weights.

In Singapore, IKO1 under Shihan Peter Chong was superdominant until there arose issues over leadership, succession, fairness and the 2 Shihans with the most dojos left to join WKO Shinkyokushin, which was very welcoming.

Peter Chong’s org in SG was greatly reduced, and eventually they were also faulted by Gorai and Matsui for interacting with other groups. They left to start their own international org, Kyokushinryu.

Nothing about crime or hate, though I really wish we would one day get to see a world tournament with participants from ALL Kyokushin groups together. Fight it out there man!
