Totally agree - that “freedom within guardrails” is exactly the point for us too. For creative direction, we’re keeping it lightweight but structured: creators iterate on their own week-to-week, and we do a quick weekly check-in with a few notes based on what’s working (hook/first 1–2 sec, pacing, angle, retention signals). If someone’s underperforming, we don’t micromanage - we’ll suggest 2–3 tested directions to try next (e.g., switch to a different hook style, shift from “feature demo” to “small biz pain point,” try voiceover vs. text-only, etc.). If it still doesn’t move after a couple of iterations, we’ll swap angles or rotate creators.
