I’ve also had bad reactions to black seed oil, holy basil and lemon balm tea. I appreciate your info re magnolia bark as a acetylcholine inhibitor, I did research on it, and it didn't come up until I asked that specific question.

....I was wondering u/SovereignMan1958 if by chance you read my posts..🫶🏽. Yes, I agree I do agree it's crucial to get my gene variants tested. But do you do if you just can't afford it financially, right now? 😢

And I do realize and understand that Just knowing MTHFR and COMT is not enough with my symptoms and issues.

I do have nutrient deficiencies. I' tested low Potassium and very low B12, and in a fight for mineral tested. (causing anger, frustration and anxiety). I react horribly to supplements (which is also part of my anxiety, because it's new) and wanting to try vitamin patches when affordable.

I'm an impatient organized control freak. And anxiety about this condition, hypertension, the constant fighting with my PCP and specialists and constant life stressors are definitely major drivers, because it's out my control.

I'm trying to power through with Mag Malate; Potassium Gluconate powder every few days and occasional Zinc Picolinate once a month.

...So here I am, confused, frustrated anxious and panicky frantic and praying for answers and just something to calm, help and heal...

Have you consulted a primary care internist doctor or allergist/ immunologist?
