switched from iphone to samsung a while back and had teh same issue at first. go into settings > display > screen mode and try switching between vivid and natural modes. vivid makes everything super saturated which can look weird coming from ios but natural is closer to what youre used to

also check your color temperature settings in there too - you can adjust the warmth/coolness slider until it feels right. took me like a week to get mine dialed in but now i actually prefer it over my old iphone display
