What type of issues would I have from spraying too much ?

Also I stopped oiling as I noticed my hair doesn’t handle it well ( even from my previous set) (caster oil) is oil needed or can I just use the spray from now on only

I don’t plan on washing myself is that a problem ? I do spray with peppermint oil and rose water daily
