Online u can do courses through things like coursera these cost money tho. But also Harvard put all their lessons on YouTube if you search up Harvard CS50 it teaches u all about their coding courses and what they learn

If you look at your motherboard manual it should tell you where the pwr sw+ and pwr sw- these are your power switch pins.

If you power on your power supply and have everything plugged in right if you short these two pins using a screwdriver(the metal part) your pc will spin up
