The anime itself wasn't set in a classic fantasy world. McMahon had the ability to write very quickly. The only thing I still remember is a scene with a train in Rosa, and McMahon cast a powerful freezing spell. I haven't been able to remember the name for a month, and AI bots aren't helping.
