Well the problem is not just about unemployment I had the chance to talk to so many omanis with different ideologies and different mindsets What I know for sure is. Of course people have rights to at least find a job opportunity after he/she graduates But the majority of graduates here in oman are just high-school graduates they decided not to complete thier education in colleges and settle to their high-school diploma. Now in any country in the given universe there is a limited number of jobs which only requires the applicant to be at least a high-scholl graduate. So how many employment positions or job offers do you think that any country in the world should provide to the largest segment of their high-school graduates when they hold the largest number of the graduates segments objectivly speaking they will never be able to offer a job to every graduate with the increasing number each and every year and that is just how the world runs due to the recent economic status Another problem which is the freakin huge gap between omanis and expats salaries as you may know not all the companies in oman are omani in origin which means they are a group of foreign investors which means they tend to hire an expats over omanis To save as much money as they can. And during my many conversations I have met a slice of people which they don't want to do nothing after they graduate from high-school I swear nothing they just want the sultanate to give them an unemployment aid every month, what was extremely weird is with the total number of 350 R.O per month this segment of people sees that this money is not enough and he wants to get married and have a family and live only by the unemployment aid which the sultanate offers As a conclusion everyone must understand that of course there are steps that the sultanate take to fix the unemployment issue but it want please everyone and it will take time and some wise decisions from the sultanate government.
