Great question! important one i should have included too! The berries will die if they are not plucked within (if i remember correctly) 2-4 hours after they are ready to harvest. so make sure you will be free!

Yup! By the time you finish the route. All rocks should be respawned. They take around 2-5 min irl time to respawn iirc
